Function Help

    1, the product is installed from the product is relatively close to the position.
    2, access DC24V power supply, display brightness.
    3 Press the zero key (the program will automatically set the tension value of zero).
    4, set the value of the upper and lower tension.
Example: Suppose the upper limit value of "85 g", the lower limit value of "62 g"
    1, press the Set button, the indicator red light, then you can set the upper limit.
    2, set the upper limit,
         (1) single-digit digital display will flash, then press the increment button until "5" digit is entered.
         (2) the shift key press, the display will flash on the digital ten digits, then press the increment button until "8", the tens digit is entered.
         (3) and then press the Set button to let the program automatically retain the upper limit, when the indicator light green, etc.
    3, the light green light to set the lower limit
         (1) single-digit digital display will flash, then press the increment button until the "2" digit is entered.
         (2) the shift key press, the display will flash on the digital ten digits, then press the increment button until "6", the tens digit is entered. Then press the Set button to let the program automatically retain the lower limit, the light automatically turns off, upper and lower limits set.

Alarm

      Two yellow line is the alarm output (you can add lights or buzzer).
       In operation, when the tension in the tension within the scope of the machine is not set the alarm, the alarm output signal off.
       In operation, when the tension value exceeds or falls below the set value of the machine tension alarm, the alarm signal output pass, and the output voltage of 24V to turn on the lights or buzzers.

Precautions

      Do not use force to press the tension pulley in the three monitor precision guide wheel in the middle, because the connection is behind the sophisticated sensors, if the external force is greater than the range of the sensor will cause tension display does not work or show damage tension failure.

Warranty
